Due to Covid-19 pandemic life has stopped everywhere. People are trying to keep social distancing. Govt. is advising everyone to stay at home. But staying at home for many days People are becoming depressed but appreciating small Things around us and exploring new things can help us relieve depression.
World is blessed with beautiful things. But as we cannot explore the world right now, let us explore small things around us. As we got free time like never before we can use this time for self development. We can read many kinds of self development books for this. We can get these books easily from google and read pdf.
There are many online courses available which can also help us. Normally these courses are not free. But due to Covid-19, accesses for these courses are being given free. These courses can help us improve our language and writing skills.
We can read world famous novels and stories in this free time. This world-famous novels and stories will help us to look at the World in new perspectives. Also reading books will help us keep distracted from covid-19.
Due to busy life we can’t spend time with our family. We lost contact with our old friends and relatives. But covid-19 lockdown has given us new chances to make contact with them again. This can also help us improve relationships with them.
Talking with relatives and friends can help us relieve our tensions. Sharing one’s emotion with relatives and friends will work like magic and eventually improve his mental health, which is very important in this pandemic. Keeping mental health strong will help us flight covid-19 more fiercely.
Appreciating small things like watching a good movie with family, small talk with old friends, playing games with children are very effective in improving our Mental health. But It’s a Matter of great sadness that we ignore this kind of small things. Rather we spend time thinking what will happen or what will not and feel more depressed. We don’t think deeply about these small things. If we think deeply about these small things, we will understand their importance.
